Requirements

  • •Completed apprenticeship as a biotechnological, pharmaceutical, or chemical technologist or B.Sc./M.Sc. degree in technical or scientific field with relevant work experience in large-scale biotechnological plants
  • •High flexibility, teamwork ability, organizational skills, and strong commitment
  • •Fluency in English, German considered a plus

Work Experience

Tasks

  • •Ensure equipment availability and cleanliness
  • •Coordinate maintenance and calibration of equipment
  • •Act as the first point of contact for equipment malfunctions

  • •Train employees on cGMP, HSE, hygiene, and technical competencies
  • •Support manufacturing through risk analyses and equipment modifications
  • •Implement technical optimizations and coordinate routine tasks
