- Lead Lean manufacturing and waste reduction initiatives
- Drive industrialization from product transfer to serial manufacturing
- Document and maintain standard work and assembly instructions
- Define and validate tooling and production equipment
- Support production ramp-ups and new start-ups
- Implement process improvements for cost and quality
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering
- Perform root cause analyses and implement corrective actions
- Utilize and support SAP ERP tools
