- •Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
- •3–5 years experience in industrial safety
- •Expertise in ISO 12100, 13849, 60204
- •Understanding of automation/electrical safety systems
- •Risk assessment skills
- •Strong communication and training ability
- •French fluency and English proficiency
- •Knowledge of Process/Fire Safety (valued)

Work Experience
3 - 5 years
Tasks
- •Lead the site's machinery safety program
- •Manage machinery safety training and competency
- •Conduct machine risk assessments using technical standards
- •Ensure CE conformity for new and modified equipment
- •Perform gap assessments and define action plans
- •Support machinery change control and procurement projects
- •Identify hazards through regular gemba walks
- •Contribute to the global machinery safety community
- •Provide expert input for safety audits
- •Collaborate with maintenance on safety-related components
- •Support EHS management within the packaging department
- •Coordinate risk assessments and incident investigations
- •Monitor compliance of processes and work practices
- •Enforce LOTO and energy isolation controls
- •Participate in commissioning and qualification activities
- •Strengthen the site's safety culture
