- Professional experience supporting/leading sales cycles and transformation projects in large accounts
- Account leadership, industry knowledge, and business acumen
- Proficiency in building executive relationships, earning trust, and establishing governance
- Expertise in value-based selling and strategic decision-making
- General knowledge of SAP solutions (chemical/pharma/life science sector)
- Proficiency in conducting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
- Proven track record of delivering business results and overachieving targets
- Excellent leadership skills for virtual account teams across cultures
- Excellent communication skills on all organizational levels
- Experience with customers in chemical/pharma/life science sector
- Skilled at delivering insights and best practices for innovation and growth
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Knowledge of SAP Business Suite and AI is an advantage
Tasks
- Build strategic relationships with C-level executives
- Align customer business priorities with SAP solutions
- Orchestrate SAP and ecosystem experts for business outcomes
- Co-create strategic roadmaps for sustainable transformation
- Lead SAP Strategic Customer Program execution
- Foster a high-performing team culture
- Set up multi-level governance frameworks
- Expand SAP’s footprint with relevant solutions
- Leverage partnerships with system integrators and consultants
- Drive cloud revenue growth and sales targets
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with key executives
- Assess KPIs, value realization, and future opportunities
