Requirements
- 4+ years journalism or corporate communications experience
- Crisp, engaging written content production ability
- Proven interviewing and exceptional research skills
- Familiarity with luxury-brand communications (strong advantage)
- Ability to work on multiple editorial projects simultaneously and adhere to strict deadlines
- Ability to manage multiple editorial projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines
- Proven experience planning and managing complex content workflows
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Experience working cross-functionally and managing review/approval processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Fluency in English; French or German (strong advantage)
- Use of protective equipment required for certain roles
Tasks
- Lead Creative Storytelling across campaigns, product launches, partnerships, and brand platforms
- Shape words and workflows, collaborating with copywriters, designers, and stakeholders
- Combine editorial instinct with operational precision
- Refine paragraphs, define tone of voice, structure narrative arcs
- Build timelines to ensure content is published on time
- Write, commission, edit, and manage articles, blogs, and newsletters
- Develop press releases, exhibition and heritage interpretive materials
- Create campaign copy and product launch materials
- Produce content for Breitling’s communications touchpoints
- Build and maintain editorial calendars
- Define timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and external contributors
- Manage review cycles, approvals, translations, and production handovers
- Ensure consistency, quality control, and on-time delivery of content
