Requirements

  • Self-driven and collaborative team player
  • Fluency in German
  • Familiarity with service designing and user-centered service

Tasks

  • Shape and pitch OCM offerings in IT transformation proposals
  • Lead OCM workstreams across complex client engagements
  • Develop tailored change strategies and communication plans
  • Execute comprehensive training programs
  • Conduct impact assessments and design communication artifacts
  • Track and analyze change metrics to measure success
  • Collaborate with client teams to ensure smooth adoption
  • Engage with senior leadership to influence change direction
