Requirements
- •Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent
- •7 years senior Logistics/Supply Chain experience, 7 years leadership, and production-oriented environment experience
- •Experience implementing e-commerce, automation, and digitalization in logistics or warehousing
- •Background in Lean Management and Continuous Improvement
- •Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- •Advantageous understanding of aviation regulations like EASA Part 145, MOE, NASP
- •High proficiency in German (C1) and English (C1)
- •EU passport, Swiss passport, or Swiss working permit

- •Promote a strong safety and quality culture
- •Ensure compliance with airworthiness authority requirements
- •Oversee the Safety Management System implementation
- •Lead warehouse and material-handling processes
- •Drive excellence using Lean principles and KPIs
- •Manage budgets and deliver cost-reduction targets
- •Develop the logistics and warehousing team
- •Plan kitting and Ready-to-Service operations
- •Optimize end-to-end material-transport processes
- •Govern cooperation with external logistics providers
