Supply Chain Manager(m/w/x)

Description

You will drive the company's logistics success by managing warehouse operations across three cities, optimizing scalable supply chain processes, and leading strategic projects to support rapid growth.

Requirements

• •3 years supply chain or logistics experience
• •Solid logistics and/or transportation experience
• •Hands-on mindset and data-driven approach
• •Willingness to work on-site at warehouses
• •Fluent German, English, and advantageous French
• •Travel willingness and valid drivers licence
• •Experience implementing WMS and/or ERP systems
• •Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung Logistik
• •Fundierte Erfahrung in Logistik und/oder Transport
• •Hands-on-Mentalität und datengetriebener Ansatz
• •Bereitschaft zur operativen Mitarbeit vor Ort
• •Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• •Reisebereitschaft und Führerschein Kategorie B
• •Erfahrung mit WMS- und/oder ERP-Systemen

Tasks

• •Manage end-to-end supply chain operations
• •Oversee planning and inventory management
• •Ensure high service levels across warehousing
• •Optimize inbound and outbound warehouse processes
• •Conduct inventory counts and cycle counts
• •Manage transport operations and fleet logistics
• •Track fleet utilization and cost control
• •Develop and test logistics systems and tools
• •Lead cross-functional projects during growth phases
• •Standardize processes across multiple warehouse locations
