Tasks
- Design innovative trade finance structures
- Develop scalable and compliant trade finance products
- Promote trade finance solutions to capture commercial opportunities
- Partner with Global TFS Commercial teams to identify new product needs
- Enhance existing trade finance structures
- Lead structuring discussions with Legal, Risk, Tax, Compliance, and Accounting
- Review and maintain approved term sheets and legal documentation
- Act as senior reviewer and sponsor on complex transactions
- Source single-risk credit insurance solutions
- Structure credit insurance for commercial transactions
- Maintain relationships with credit insurance brokers and underwriters
- Manage libraries of SOPs for credit insurance contracting
- Coordinate underwriting submissions, insurance binding, and claims processes
- Promote TFS structures and products internally
- Support commercial initiatives with TFS solutions
- Contribute to process efficiency and optimal role allocation
- Advise internally on structuring and credit insurance matters
