Requirements
- BA/MBA in STEM
- Strong understanding of pricing and commercial metrics
- Understanding of value-based pricing principles and capture mechanisms in B2B
- Experience designing dashboards and reports for pricing/commercial decisions
- Ability to build and interpret pricing models and simulations
- Passion for life sciences/healthcare topics
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders
- Team player with strong oral and written communication skills
- Proactive and takes initiative
- Can-do mindset
- Well organized and able to structure fast-moving projects

Tasks
- Design and deploy value-based pricing approaches
- Improve pricing strategies across products and markets
- Support new product development with pricing analyses
- Recommend prices for new product launches
- Assess business cases for pricing decisions
- Partner with Finance and Commercial teams on pricing policy
- Define and standardize global pricing metrics
- Build analytical models for value-based pricing
- Develop methodologies for price differentiation
- Create pricing analytics dashboards and tools
- Maintain pricing reporting systems
- Lead the global annual price adjustments process
- Coordinate implementation of price adjustments
