- Several years deep technical expertise in Salesforce (Administration, Architecture, or Development)
- Strong exposure to ADvendio, AdTech, or digital media OMS
- Product Owner mindset for complex CRM or OMS platform
- Professional backlog management
- User story creation
- Balancing technical debt and new feature requests
- Active steering of stakeholder expectations
- Documented functional leadership experience
- Development of a small team (2+ direct reports)
- Willingness for intensive involvement in daily system configuration
- Willingness for intensive involvement in daily problem-solving
- Strong strategic architectural mindset
- High implementation orientation
- Deep understanding of system infrastructure impact on commercial growth
- Deep understanding of system infrastructure impact on speed-to-market
- Deep understanding of system infrastructure impact on user experience
- Proven success in optimization of complex API interfaces
- Proven success in optimization of data flows between CRM, OMS, and AdServer ecosystems

- Translate commercial requirements into user stories
- Design technical workflows
- Configure new ad products
- Set up pricing models
- Develop operational blueprints
- Monitor critical interfaces
- Optimize interfaces with AdServers and BI tools
- Manage data flow
- Track revenue accurately
- Manage transition to business as usual
- Ensure system stability during Go-Live
- Maintain long-term operational performance
- Enable Partner Marketing users
- Manage licenses for users
- Resolve daily technical issues
- Handle complex system escalations
- Minimize system downtime
- Test and deploy system updates
- Deploy vendor patches
- Conduct regular data audits
- Ensure CRM and OMS data integrity
