Requirements
- •Quality experience in pharmaceutical or GxP environment
- •Prior personnel leadership experience
- •Strong understanding of EU GMP requirements
- •Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy, Science, Engineering, or preferred
- •GMP QA and QC experience
- •Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- •Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- •Strong administrative and organizational skills
- •Fluency in German and English
- •Ability to develop and motivate teams

Tasks
- •Manage Quality Control teams across three sites
- •Serve as Head of Quality Control for specific locations
- •Plan and utilize resources for timely delivery
- •Lead quality and process improvement projects
- •Direct QC functions to meet customer requirements
- •Create and revise procedures to enhance efficiency
- •Develop growth goals and objectives for team members
- •Ensure personnel receive comprehensive cGMP and process training
- •Perform internal audits and implement corrective actions
- •Conduct regular risk analysis meetings and assessments
- •Participate in investigations for significant quality deviations
- •Collaborate on interdepartmental projects to drive improvements
- •Promote the company vision and high quality standards
