- Meet agreed-upon KPIs
- Achieve guest satisfaction, safety, and compliance targets
- Collaborate with partners on SOP and playbook execution
- Ensure consistent execution of SOPs and operational playbooks
- Identify and implement improvements for SOPs and playbooks
- Participate in planning itinerary transitions
- Execute itinerary transitions
- Support regional product customization
- Coordinate with corporate functions for operational alignment
- Model and reinforce Celebrity Way values and hospitality behaviors
- Integrate training tools and service priorities
- Integrate onboard communications and culture initiatives
- Serve as liaison for Basel, Miami, and shipboard teams
- Ensure timely communication and follow-through between teams
- Analyze operational performance
- Oversee key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Monitor operational expenses
- Identify efficiency improvements
- Contribute to budget and forecasting discussions
- Address operational, revenue, and crewing needs
- Coordinate audits, inspections, and compliance follow-up
- Ensure continuous improvement and operational alignment
- Collaborate on Ship Overall Appearance (SOA) initiatives
- Manage maintenance follow-up
- Maintain knowledge of public health guidelines
