Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or preferred advanced degree
- 10+ years' relevant industry experience
- Knowledge of brand culture and structure
- Preferred cruise or luxury hospitality experience
- Experience leading live product portfolios
- Proven collaboration with cross-functional partners
- Experience supporting refurbishments and lifecycle improvements
- High ownership mentality and cross-functional influence
- Exceptional judgment in fast-moving environments
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Ability to relocate to Basel, Switzerland
- Operational, SOP, auditing, and service-delivery expertise
- Strong narrative, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to work beyond standard hours
Tasks
- Lead the development of River guest experiences
- Ensure brand consistency and SOP adherence
- Oversee existing onboard and destination experiences
- Resolve product execution and escalation issues
- Audit guest journeys and service delivery
- Partner with shipyards on design and prototypes
- Advise marine teams on refurbishment decisions
- Manage entertainment scheduling and seasonal programming
- Oversee third-party partnerships and experiential activations
- Consult on operational disruptions and rapid decision-making
- Support ocean-based initiatives and special projects
- Manage the transition of new experiences into operations
- Report performance and risks to global leadership
- Prepare executive briefings and business cases
