Requirements

  • •Experience in product operations, merchandising, or planning
  • •Experience leading business transformation initiatives
  • •Strong communication and presentation skills
  • •Success in obtaining buy-in for business process changes
  • •Knowledge of product supply chains and processes
  • •Fluent in English; additional European language is a plus
  • •Computer literacy in PC/MAC: MS Office, strong Excel & PPT skills
  • •Experience with PLM systems: Enovia, Flex
  • •Understanding of product creation technologies: Adobe CS & Browzwear

Tasks

  • •Own and maintain the Seasonal GTM Calendar for Smartwool & icebreaker
  • •Develop standardized frameworks for special project planning and execution
  • •Manage the Brand Master Plan file with Global Product Creation & Marketing teams
  • •Conduct regular touch points with Brand Leadership teams for business strategy updates
  • •Lead projects to improve business systems and operational processes
  • •Oversee training for new users and troubleshoot system issues
  • •Lead the GTM process and schedule key milestone meetings
  • •Track execution of seasonal deliverables across multiple GTM calendars
  • •Continuously evaluate GTM timelines based on market needs
  • •Build and maintain GTM timeline management tools for efficiency
  • •Proactively identify process bottlenecks and adjust timelines as needed
  • •Support Global Product Leadership Teams by coordinating consumer insights feedback
