Requirements

- Strong commercial instincts and confidence engaging C-level decision-makers
- Proven ability to navigate complex procurement cycles
- Experience selling into law firms or legal departments or curiosity to learn quickly
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills
- Collaborative mindset
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Native-level proficiency in local language and fluent English
- High trust and genuine passion for AI in the legal industry
- Legal background (law degree or law firm experience)
- Familiarity with legal tech or enterprise SaaS platforms
Tasks
- Own the full sales cycle from outreach to contract signature
- Collaborate closely with Account Managers on established relationships
- Build and manage relationships with law firm partners and legal leaders
- Apply strategic account planning to prioritize high-potential opportunities
- Work with Legal Engineering to design tailored demos and AI workflows
- Develop a deep understanding of customers' pain points and workflows
- Map complex organizational structures to identify high-value use cases
- Guide multi-stakeholder deals through legal, IT, and procurement processes
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and improve forecasting
- Utilize customer-focused sales methodologies to advance complex deals
- Deliver compelling presentations demonstrating Libra's ROI
- Share market insights and customer feedback to influence the product roadmap
- Contribute to and refine the enterprise sales playbook
