- •Supervisory experience with contractors, suppliers, or 3rd parties
- •Commitment to safety and quality standards
- •Passion for developing engineering expertise among technicians and operators
- •Fluency in French and English; additional languages are a plus

- •Provide leadership and guidance to the team
- •Support technical store management for efficient operations
- •Build and manage the maintenance budget
- •Ensure compliance with budget guidelines
- •Justify and track maintenance expenditures
- •Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on engineering projects
- •Participate in the start-up and commissioning of technical equipment
- •Monitor performance indicators and track objectives
- •Foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement
- •Engage in multidisciplinary projects for operations optimization
- •Contribute to the development of engineering projects
