- Document and control all completed maintenance activities
- Monitor the development of the machine fleet
- Oversee technical building installations and safety systems
- Manage spare parts, consumables, and supplier relationships
- Optimize the annual maintenance budget
- Lead and develop a team of ten technicians
- Implement EHS directives and safety regulations
