Driving end-to-end transformation initiatives for Life & Health risk transfer solutions. 7+ years in management consulting or transformation leadership within insurance/reinsurance required. Project-based work across diverse client portfolios.
Requirements
- 7+ years in management consulting, professional services, or transformation/project leadership within insurance or reinsurance
- Proven track record leading complex end-to-end transformations
- Experience delivering AI-related, digital transformation, or advanced analytics projects (preferred)
- Strong grounding in project and change methodologies
- Ability to bridge strategy and execution
- Analytical and financial acumen
- (Re)insurance expertise (L&H) and/or value chain understanding in Underwriting, Claims, Operations (preferred) or substantial experience in other financial services
- Operating model design and implementation experience

- Lean Six Sigma or process excellence background
- Relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, PROSCI, Agile/Scrum/SAFe, Lean Six Sigma)
