Tasks

  • Analyze legal developments across the EMEA region
  • Draft and review various commercial contracts
  • Negotiate partnership and distributorship agreements
  • Ensure contracts align with corporate legal standards
  • Assist legal professionals with active cases
  • Contribute to the legal resolution process
  • Manage and organize archived documents and contracts

Education

  • Currently in higher educationOR
  • Bachelor's degree
