  • •Research emerging trends in AI and digital experience
  • •Present findings and recommendations to the team
  • •Craft and refine prompts for internal AI tools
  • •Develop guardrails for content ideation and consumer insights
  • •Frame business problems into testable hypotheses
  • •Design lightweight experiments and A/B tests
  • •Define success metrics and report on outcomes
  • •Participate in dedicated skill-building workshops
  • •Complete a collaborative internal consulting project
  • •Work one day in-store to gain brand insights
  • •Network with peers and senior leadership
