Requirements

  • •B.Law or M.Law from a Swiss or European University
  • •Fluency in English; German is a plus
  • •Good knowledge of contract law and corporate law
  • •Working experience in in-house legal or procurement department
  • •Knowledge of supply chain specific requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree
OR
Master's degree

Tasks

  • •Familiarize yourself with the contract landscape and Framework Agreement provisions
  • •Act as a connector between Direct Procurement and Legal
  • •Collaborate with internal functions like Quality & Regulations
  • •Validate and refine legal requirements with the Direct Procurement Contracting team
  • •Support the review and drafting of Supplier Framework Agreements
  • •Participate in supplier negotiations with Roche Sourcing Managers
  • •Provide legal assistance to Legal Counsels and support Legal Specialists
  • •Review, draft, and negotiate various legal documents
  • •Conduct legal research and manage legal documentation and databases
  • •Develop and present legal and compliance training on various topics
