- Implement office standards with the General Counsel
- Manage disputes from live advice to enforcement
- Oversee arbitration, litigation, and mediation processes
- Report dispute progress to management and desks
- Provide legal assistance for emergency response issues
- Draft and advise on commercial trading agreements
- Review sale contracts and structured finance documents
- Update standard templates and MOU documentation
- Advise on business sanctions and regulations
- Build relationships across the global legal network
