- Drive legal negotiations with external counterparties
- Liaise with external legal advisers
- Implement procedures for effective team operations
- Validate expenses and open bank accounts
- Maintain and improve the archiving system
- Monitor group compliance with contractual obligations
- Report issues and recommend resolutions to directors
