Requirements

  • Swiss law degree (MLaw or equivalent)
  • 1-5 years relevant legal experience (law firm/in-house)
  • Experience or strong interest in cybersecurity/data protection
  • Solid understanding of Swiss corporate/commercial law
  • Strong analytical/drafting skills, attention to detail
  • Clear, pragmatic, business-focused legal advice delivery
  • Effective stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration
  • Sound judgment and risk-based legal approach
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)

Tasks

  • Support Swiss corporate governance matters
  • Prepare board and shareholder documentation
  • Organize and manage quarterly board and subcommittee meetings
  • Ensure proper documentation for meetings
  • Ensure compliance with Swiss corporate requirements
  • Draft, review, and negotiate Swiss-governed commercial agreements
  • Draft, review, and negotiate Swiss-governed intra-group agreements
  • Provide legal support for group cybersecurity initiatives
  • Provide legal support for group data governance initiatives
  • Provide legal support for group risk management initiatives
  • Provide legal support for group compliance initiatives
  • Advise on international data protection requirements
  • Advise on international cybersecurity requirements
  • Support incident preparedness activities
  • Support incident response activities
  • Coordinate incident response with information security and privacy
  • Coordinate incident response with compliance and communications
  • Coordinate incident response with external counsel
  • Review and advise on cybersecurity contractual provisions
  • Assess contractual security controls and audit rights
  • Evaluate contractual incident notification and remediation
  • Analyze contractual liability provisions
  • Collaborate with global colleagues on cross-border cybersecurity
  • Collaborate with global colleagues on data protection matters
  • Collaborate with global colleagues on corporate matters
  • Support multinational initiatives involving multiple legal regimes
  • Engage with internal stakeholders on multinational initiatives
