- Ability to grasp blockchain technologies, algorithmic trading, liquidity provision
- Solid negotiation, communication, analytical skills
- Proficiency in contract lifecycle management systems or similar tools
- Willingness to work outside standard hours
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Structured, process-oriented work style, internal processes/workflows
- Strong interest in crypto (academic, personal projects, internships)
- Experience working on cross-functional or cross-regional projects
- Academic Law degree
Tasks
- Advise on European regulations for cryptocurrencies and digital assets
- Identify licensing requirements for digital assets
- Draft and negotiate token market making agreements
- Draft and negotiate digital asset loan agreements
- Draft and negotiate digital asset transaction agreements
- Monitor crypto regulatory developments
- Develop proactive legal strategies
- Identify and mitigate legal risks
- Support global licensing applications
- Advise on legal and regulatory risks to senior leaders
- Advise on commercial risks to senior leaders
- Collaborate with legal, compliance, and finance teams
- Identify regional legal and regulatory risks
- Propose risk mitigation actions
