Tasks
- Design and establish end-to-end compliance framework
- Cover market conduct, trade surveillance, regulatory licensing
- Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, controls
- Ensure alignment with CIMA regulations
- Define governance structures, escalation pathways
- Create board-level compliance reports
- Establish risk appetite frameworks
- Manage audit remediation plan
- Track findings to resolution
- Report progress to senior stakeholders
- Build and lead high-performing compliance team
- Support business at scale
- Advise on new products, strategic ventures, growth initiatives
- Provide clear, pragmatic regulatory guidance
- Balance risk management with business enablement
