- Master of Law (Swiss or EU)
- Minimum 7 years post-qualification experience
- Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech industry (ideal)

- Solid knowledge of digital tools

Tasks
- Draft and negotiate life sciences agreements
- Manage MSAs, licenses, asset purchases, manufacturing, and CTAs
- Oversee Swiss FADP and EU GDPR compliance
- Provide expert guidance on clinical trial privacy
- Advise on patient data and cross-border transfers
- Identify and anticipate legal risks
- Offer actionable solutions to mitigate risks
- Apply industry-specific frameworks
- Comply with anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws
- Train employees on legal awareness
- Update internal policies and templates
- Manage pre-litigation strategies
- Resolve disputes pragmatically
- Direct external counsel when necessary
