Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, statistics, or data science
- 2-4 years in analytics roles, ideally in the QSR industry
- Previous working experience in a QSR restaurant
- Strong experience in analysis and managing data from different platforms
- Nice to have tools as Snowflake
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Highly proficient in Microsoft tools (MS Excel, PowerPoint & Thinkcell)
- Excellent user of Excel with in-depth knowledge of advanced formulas and macros
- Experience working in a regional role
- Fluent in English
- Eligible to work in Switzerland without work permit sponsorship
Tasks
- Define and track KPIs for training and operations
- Analyze training and operations outcomes to identify gaps
- Convert business goals into measurable learning metrics
- Collect, clean, and validate data from various systems
- Build and automate dashboards using PowerBI
- Ensure data consistency and accuracy
- Collaborate with teams to enhance training content
- Support pilot launches and feedback testing
- Track and communicate the impact of initiatives
- Analyze historical data to identify trends and patterns
- Track progress towards targets and identify intervention areas
- Identify learning trends to anticipate training needs
- Provide executive summaries and visual reports of findings
