Requirements
- University degree or equivalent qualification in Banking & Finance/Business Administration or Pedagogy/Teaching/Psychology
- Additional studies or certifications in business administration, banking, HR, pedagogy, psychology, or adult learning
- Business acumen and solid understanding of Wealth Management industry
- Ability to translate stakeholder needs into L&D solutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to collaborate successfully with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills
- Good presentation skills for training, meetings, or workshops
- Strong conceptual capabilities and project management skills
- Reliable, structured, and results-oriented working style
- Very good organisational skills

Tasks
- Design and lead global learning initiatives
- Coordinate bank-wide L&D programs
- Program-manage learning and development projects
- Partner with senior leaders on L&D topics
- Conduct needs analysis for training solutions
- Align L&D initiatives with strategic priorities
- Collaborate with internal subject matter experts
- Manage external training providers
- Select and contract external training vendors
- Ensure quality and budget management of training
- Engage in lifelong learning initiatives
- Foster competitive advantage through L&D

- 5 - 7 years

- Vocational certificationOR
