Requirements
- Solid experience in watchmaking industry, ideally production environment
- Swiss AFP or CFC qualification in watchmaking operations (or equivalent qualification)

- Significant experience in training, particularly watchmaking
- Mastery of watchmaking operations T0, T1, T2
- Mechanical watch assembly, casing, and regulation skills
- Experience delivering training to adults and teenagers
- Ability to adapt teaching approach to different audiences
- Comfort in facilitating training sessions for groups
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Rigor and reliability
- Effective communication with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in standard IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Availability for occasional travel within Switzerland
- Fluency in French and English (including technical vocabulary)
- German skills (strong asset)
- Use of protective equipment (required for certain roles)
Tasks
- Organize and manage training pathways for apprentices and interns.
- Coordinate follow-up with training managers, workshop supervisors, and partner schools.
- Select candidates based on company and institutional criteria.
- Assess apprentices and interns by academic and professional standards.
- Support in-company trainers with administrative and pedagogical aspects.
- Provide dedicated support to CAAJ apprentices.
- Ensure compliance with cantonal requirements for CAAJ.
- Identify skills development needs.
- Design in-person and online training programs.
- Develop, deploy, and deliver strategic learning content.
- Adapt learning content for a global community.
- Create technical watchmaking training programs.
- Adapt technical watchmaking training programs based on operational needs.
- Deliver technical watchmaking training programs as needed.
- Oversee planning, budgeting, and infrastructure projects for training.
