- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports
- Develop project control procedures
- Interact with contractors to verify project data
- Support project management with scheduling insights
- Develop mitigation plans
- Assess and defend contractor EOT claims
- Recommend actions for contractor EOT claims
- Analyze critical path and constraints
- Ensure financial periods are set and followed
- Plan site logistics for projects
