  • •Manage the end-to-end GBS portfolio view
  • •Track project progress, dependencies, and resource allocations
  • •Orchestrate planning sessions and investment reviews
  • •Prepare materials and facilitate strategic discussions
  • •Maintain dashboards and consolidated reporting packs
  • •Deliver portfolio, financial, and performance data
  • •Monitor program health and delivery performance
  • •Identify and resolve risks to ensure quality
  • •Embed agile practices across pods and teams
  • •Coach teams on methodologies and governance
  • •Drive stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement
