- Minimum 5 years related working experience, including 1 year in leadership role
- Know-how in sales operations for direct sales scenarios and related systems, tools, and processes
- Hands-on mindset and adaptability to challenges in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to establish relationships and engage with business stakeholders
- Experience with Salesforce is a strong plus
- Self-structured and well-organized way of working
- German native language skills both written and oral
- Proficient level of English language skills
- Chinese language and culture skills are a plus
Tasks
- Lead and develop the Sales Operations Team
- Ensure timely and high-quality sales processing and operations
- Optimize sales processes to enhance productivity
- Manage the sales pipeline and workflows
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and performance metrics
- Create actionable reports for strategic decision-making
- Maintain and optimize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Ensure data integrity and best practices for CRM usage
- Provide accurate sales forecasts based on historical data and market trends
- Act as a liaison between sales and other departments
- Manage vehicle inventory and allocation
- Supervise vehicle stock management through integrated systems
- Collaborate on sales programs and execute compensation plans
- Identify reporting issues and secure timely solutions
- Perform ad hoc duties as needed
- Support projects in Vehicle Sales Operations
