Tasks
- Lead a cross-functional team delivering innovative, integrated processes and solutions
- Enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and value across Data, Analytics, and HR
- Reduce complexity enterprise-wide
- Drive process integration, process intelligence, and automation as shared services
- Ensure alignment with strategic priorities and regional scalability
- Promote agile continuous improvement and user-centric outcomes
- Maintain enterprise-level data quality and governance
- Align architecture and ensure cost-efficient designs
- Manage safe, predictable releases across applications and platforms
- Orchestrate enterprise services for Data Architecture & Governance
- Oversee MDM, including enterprise standards, lifecycle rules, and quality
- Manage Analytics & BI, including global reporting architecture and lifecycle delivery
- Design, build, and run HR solutions with compliant enhancements and rollouts
- Lead solution architecture for business applications
- Guide full lifecycle from early assessment to implementation
- Design and automate process integration
- Manage synchronized enterprise release planning and execution
- Ensure CAB governance, readiness, and post-release validation
- Collaborate with application owners, development teams, and stakeholders
- Set the vision, roadmap, and operating model for cross-enterprise services
- Establish shared service capabilities and agile delivery
- Build and develop a high-performing, customer-centric team
- Own the global reporting architecture to minimize systems and maximize efficiency
- Ensure consistent, benchmarkable figures and global reporting standards

- Define and maintain enterprise data standards and lifecycle rules
- Implement data quality rules, KPIs, and monitoring
- Lead data harmonization and migration for programs
- Facilitate the definition of AI use cases for business and IT efficiencies
- Drive option analyses, fit-gap, and TCO-based evaluations
- Define NFRs and target/transition architectures
- Maintain Architecture Decision Records and prepare ARB submissions
- Align application, integration, data, cloud, security, and infrastructure views
- Standardize integration patterns and ensure E2E consistency
- Manage an enterprise release calendar and align dependencies
- Run go/no-go, readiness, and rollback planning
- Ensure ITIL/CAB adherence and high-quality documentation
- Govern HR solution evolution and global rollouts
- Ensure compliance and alignment with People & Culture strategy
