LATAM Sales Manager - Industrial Drone Solutions(m/w/x)
In this role, you will focus on expanding Flybotix sales in the EMEA region while building strong relationships with customers and partners. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve market research, collaboration across departments, and providing insights to drive product development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business management, administration, finance, engineering, marketing, or related field
- Proven relevant market experience of 5 years in direct sales or account management role in the LATAM region
- Developed business network in energy, mining, or civil infrastructure industries
- Solid knowledge of industrial inspection markets, drones, or SaaS
- Experience in start-up-like environments and fast-growing markets
- Autonomy and can-do growth spirit in a fast-paced environment
- Agility and strong business acumen
- Fluency in English and Spanish, Portuguese is a plus
Tasks
- Research and negotiate distribution in the region
- Develop Flybotix sales in the EMEA region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends
- Analyze market feedback data to support company growth
- Collaborate with all company departments
- Provide data-driven insights for product management and development
- Balance valuable investments with cost-effective budgeting
- Drive continuous improvement while ensuring quality and maintainability
- Participate in fairs, trade shows, and professional events
- Foster a positive and collaborative working atmosphere
