- Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI
- Ability to obtain German TESA
- Bachelor’s degree in Knowledge Management, Information Systems, Education, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience developing and delivering technical or operational training programs
- Strong understanding of enterprise collaboration environments and information management principles
- Experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem and collaboration platforms
- SharePoint Online administration or site management
- ServiceNow Knowledge Management modules
- Power Platform development
- Records management or data governance
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience in creating instructional materials and training documentation
- Experience supporting government, military, or large enterprise organizations, particularly USEUCOM
- Deep experience with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or Lean process improvement methodologies
- Project Management Institute PMP or Agile certifications
- Microsoft 365 Certifications
- Certified Knowledge Manager (CKM)
- ITIL Foundation
