- Minimum Secret clearance
- Active SECRET clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI
- Ability to obtain TESA visa in Germany
- 3 years managing IT projects using Agile Scrum or Kanban
- 5 years software development, engineering, or IT system/network architecture
- Experience with Agile development environments
- Strong communication skills for briefing senior leaders
- Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Expertise in qualitative user research methods
- Proficiency in conducting structured user interviews
- Proficiency in developing interview guides
- Proficiency in applying UX research frameworks
- DoD 8570.1 IAT Level II certification
- Ability to obtain Security+ within 90 days
- Experience with SAFe
- System Analysis experience
- Experience with IT Service Management
- Experience with network and IT monitoring concepts
- Experience using, deploying or supporting ServiceNow, Splunk or Tableau
- ITILv4 Certification

- Develop user-centered solutions
- Improve decision-making and information sharing
- Streamline business processes

- Capture operational requirements
- Translate requirements into user stories
- Maintain a prioritized backlog
- Manage requirements with JIRA and Confluence
- Track sprint delivery
- Maintain development transparency
- Serve as product authority and strategic liaison
- Plan and design product roadmaps
- Operate as subject matter expert for multiple products
- Align development activities with mission outcomes
- Ensure development priorities match operational needs
- Interface with directorates and mission partners
- Capture evolving requirements and operational gaps
- Convert mission objectives into user stories
- Define clear acceptance criteria
- Maintain a well-defined product backlog
- Scope and estimate work items
- Align work items to sprint timelines
- Create contract deliverable documentation
- Elicit detailed requirements from end users
- Conduct structured interviews and operational reviews
- Collaborate with engineers on story feasibility
- Ensure stories are testable and technically sound
