Tasks
- Drive sales and product promotion in designated accounts
- Achieve agreed sales and performance targets for territory
- Develop customer development strategies and KAM action plans
- Align on account objectives and execute tactical plans
- Prepare and provide strategic input for account strategies
- Analyze market and competitive intelligence for key accounts
- Collaborate with field colleagues to support healthcare systems
- Improve patient access and outcomes through strategic partnerships
- Build and lead a high-performing team
- Foster a culture of openness, accountability, and trust
