Requirements

  • Proven, recent track record in direct sales and Key Account Management of complex, high-tech industrial solutions (ideally software-enabled hardware/robotics) within the Oil & Gas and Chemical industries
  • Deep understanding of O&G ecosystem (operators, service companies, EPC contractors)
  • Exceptional knowledge of GCC procurement structures, vendor registration, and NOC governance models
  • Go-getter mentality with resilience to navigate ambiguity, create demand, and persist through long sales cycles
  • Gravitas to engage senior stakeholders and autonomously resolve commercial/operational tensions
  • Strong ability to position robotics within industrial automation and digital transformation ecosystems
  • Expertise in using state-of-the-art CRM systems for pipeline management and forecasting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; adaptable to cultural differences
  • University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in engineering, business, marketing, or related field

Tasks

  • Manage and execute the end-to-end sales funnel
  • Deploy 30-50+ robotics units into key accounts by 2027
  • Build multi-year strategic account plans
  • Map and influence multi-layered industrial organizations
  • Translate robotics data into business outcomes
  • Align solutions with clients' strategic objectives
  • Negotiate complex contract terms and pricing
  • Ensure sustainable scaling through win-win solutions
  • Coordinate internal teams to shape solutions
  • Maintain CRM pipeline hygiene and data quality
  • Deliver high forecasting discipline with ±10% accuracy
  • Analyze competitive landscape and industry trends
  • Influence product roadmap with actionable insights
