Tasks
- Oversee compliance with health, hygiene, and environmental regulations
- Manage Integrated Pest Management (IPM) actions and equipment orders
- Conduct internal hygiene inspections
- Support and participate in external Public Health Inspections
- Prepare, implement, and regularly check HACCP and SQM logs and checklists
- Conduct sanitation and public health training for new crew members
- Facilitate refresher courses for the entire ship's crew
