Requirements
- Degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field
- First professional experience in accounting, audit, risk, or finance operations
- Knowledge of internal controls and governance
- Interest in financial reporting risk frameworks
- Basic understanding of IFRS
- Exposure to IFRS 17 / IFRS 9 considered a strong advantage
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to structure complex information clearly
- Ability to communicate complex information concisely
- Experience in international or matrix organization
- Familiarity with RCSA methodologies
- Exposure to audit processes
- Experience working with internal/external auditors
- Proficiency in additional languages beyond English
- German language skills (plus)
- Comfort with digital tools for documentation
- Comfort with digital tools for data analysis
- Comfort with digital tools for governance tracking
- Collaborative, team-oriented approach
- Ability to work independently on structured tasks
Tasks
- Support risk governance and internal control framework
- Contribute to operational risk activities
- Maintain and improve risk and control documentation
- Analyse financial reporting risks
- Communicate findings to stakeholders
- Coordinate with Accounting Operations teams
- Track control execution issues
- Support timely resolution of issues
- Prepare high-quality materials for stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives

- Bachelor's degree
