- •Challenge behaviors within the operational structure
- •Oversee risk events and validate corrective actions
- •Build relationships with internal stakeholders and regulators
- •Review control standards and their implementation
- •Promote a strong risk culture across the bank
- •Ensure ongoing regulatory compliance and operational efficiency
- •Track and fulfill internal and external audit requirements
- •Refine SLA documentation for outsourced services
