Requirements
- •Degree in Engineering, Science, or Business Administration
- •3+ years of relevant experience within a PMO organization or project management experience
- •Advanced knowledge in data processing and analysis techniques/tools
- •Knowledge in SAP, Office365/MS Excel, and SharePoint
- •Strong interest in project/portfolio analytics and continuous improvement
- •Foundational knowledge in AI, Machine Learning, and programming skills (e.g. Python, R)
- •Knowledge of project, program, and portfolio management processes and best practices
- •Experience in intercultural and interdisciplinary set-up
- •Strong organizational skills, high sense of urgency, and attention to detail
- •Ability to work under pressure to achieve short-term targets without compromising long-term objectives

- •Support the Head of Global PMO in managing project portfolios
- •Analyze and track project management processes
- •Maintain and improve reporting structures and dashboards
- •Facilitate portfolio reporting for various departments within the CTO organization
- •Assist in KPI analysis, monitoring, and reporting for the CTO organization
- •Schedule meetings with stakeholders as needed
- •Help develop presentations and publish meeting minutes
- •Enhance the PMO framework and project governance structure
- •Assist project managers in following standard PM practices
- •Support development orders and project accounting control for commercial projects
- •Implement and improve project management tools and systems
- •Maintain the Global Project Management and Global PMO SharePoint page
