Requirements

  • •7+ years of relevant experience in large-scale transformation or program management
  • •Strong understanding of transformation, agile methodologies, and continuous improvement frameworks
  • •Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities
  • •Ability to influence and communicate effectively across all organizational levels
  • •Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field
  • •Fluency in English
  • •Solid understanding of R&D processes and product development lifecycle
  • •Familiarity with medical device industry regulations and quality standards (ISO 13485, FDA)
  • •Experience in leading within a dynamic and global matrixed organization
  • •Project Management Certificate (e.g. PMI, IPMA)
  • •German skills are a plus
