- •Experience in control systems and commissioning

- •Teamwork, communication, and documentation skills
- •Proficiency in PLC, C++, or Python
- •Analytical, troubleshooting, and field-testing skills
- •Familiarity with Git and deployment workflows
- •Understanding of complex experimental infrastructures
- •Debugging, problem-solving, and technical writing
- •Multidisciplinary collaboration and system development
- •English proficiency and willingness to learn French
- •National of CERN Member or Associate State
- •Bachelor's or Master's in Mechatronics Engineering
- •No previous CERN fellow or graduate contract
- •University degree
- •No PhD qualification

- •Develop control system solutions for Beam Intercepting Devices
- •Integrate and commission BID equipment for the NA-CONS program
- •Perform functional testing for local and remote operations
- •Design and optimize control and monitoring algorithms
- •Enable predictive maintenance and support piquet interventions
- •Develop high-level software interfaces and APIs
- •Ensure robust communication between control layers and systems
- •Enhance monitoring and diagnostic tools for operational teams
- •Improve long-term system maintainability and reliability
