Requirements
- University degree in Law
- Additional training in data protection (e.g. CIPP/E or CAS)
- First professional experience in data protection
- Strong interest in digital business and technical processes
- Affinity for technology
- Ability to work closely with engineering teams
- Willingness to acquire new knowledge
- Open-minded and independent personality
- Pragmatic and solution-oriented working style
- Communication skills for diverse audiences
- Fluent German (at least C1)
- Fluent English (at least C1)
- Good knowledge of French or Italian
Tasks
- Advise internal stakeholders on data protection
- Support data protection audits
- Monitor data protection compliance
- Handle data subject access requests
- Update records of data processing activities
- Implement internal data protection policies
- Monitor internal data protection guidelines
- Respond to data breaches
- Advise on new projects from a data protection perspective
- Conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments
- Conduct Transfer Impact Assessments
- Draft employee training materials
- Conduct employee awareness measures
- Draft Data Processing Agreements
- Review Standard Contractual Clauses
- Negotiate Controller agreements
- Draft data protection-related contracts
