- Manage identity systems (e.g., Okta)
- Support and troubleshoot local network infrastructure
- Maintain office IT setup
- Ensure smooth operation of meeting rooms and shared equipment
- Identify and proactively address recurring issues
- Improve processes and tooling
- Collaborate with teams to deliver reliable IT experience
- Document setups, processes, and fixes
