Tasks
- •Coordinate the Outsourcing and ICT Risk lifecycle
- •Manage new vendor setups and changes
- •Track documentation and perform periodic reviews
- •Conduct structured pre-checks for risk assessments
- •Collect and monitor required risk documentation
- •Maintain audit-ready governance registers and contracts
- •Manage SLAs and exit plan documentation
- •Coordinate governance input for new products
- •Initiate early risk and compliance checks
- •Support quarterly governance reviews and follow-ups
- •Prepare materials for management and regulatory reporting
- •Ensure documentation quality and process transparency
- •Organize governance spaces within Confluence
- •Track governance tasks and audit items in Jira
- •Monitor remediation actions and cross-functional follow-ups
