Requirements

  • Bachelor's or post-graduate degree (Marketing/Business preferred) or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years account management or similar relevant experience, ideally in global multinational company in Switzerland
  • Proactive nature, detail-oriented with account/project management skills, ability to meet deadlines and coordinate projects
  • Excellent German and English writing, speaking, and presenting skills
  • Strategic thinking, excellent Excel and data analytical skills, computer skills (Microsoft suite, Internet research)
  • Ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively
  • Sound judgment and flexibility in balancing multiple projects, deadlines, and keeping projects on schedule, with high attention to detail
  • Strong business/commercial acumen and understanding of life sciences sector
  • Strong attention to detail and sound organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Proactive self-starter with committed team-oriented attitude
  • Flexibility and resilience to changing priorities

Tasks

  • Drive account management for various accounts
  • Collaborate with Account Management Leader and GCSP
  • Work with CoE, GCSP, and global account team to achieve revenue goals
  • Ensure active engagement of all firm locations and service lines
  • Deliver exceptional client service in all encounters
  • Support account strategy and drive global execution
  • Understand client business agenda and EY services
  • Leverage global EY network to connect clients
  • Act as project manager for specific account activities
  • Manage selected client relationships, including procurement
  • Manage account pipeline process and maintain discipline
  • Serve as subject matter expert for account information
  • Influence firm leadership without direct authority
  • Provide coaching and input to firm leadership
  • Mentor new Account Coordinators
